Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will be to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, with a focus on establishing new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers in the US small and midsized (SMB) marketplace. This work includes engaging prospects for our suite of HR services, building and nurturing relationships with decision makers and executives, connecting clients’ organizational objectives to HR best practices and crafting a message to meet their immediate and ongoing HR needs. This position requires a passion for both HR and sales, along with a genuine desire to help our clients and potential clients, improve their HR function and overall organizational effectiveness.
