Strategic Accounts Manager
The primary role of the Strategic Accounts Manager is to create long-term, trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. This role will oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts and develop new business from these existing partners by collaborating to establish and define goals relating to their HR service offering. A successful Strategic Account Manager will develop a strategy to identify potential strategic accounts, develop a plan to achieve higher revenue from the account, and offer support to the account on a proactive and consistent basis. The individual who fills this role must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment. This role works very closely with our HR, Technology, and Creative departments to ensure their partners have the well-rounded knowledge, resources, and support they need to be successful as a provider of the HRAnswerLink platform and services.
